I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Brown. I had to have a doorway cut to accommodate the tub. I was very concerned about this . He listened to my fears and was able to reassure me. It worked out great. I can't even see where the repair was done. He came himself to paint and make sure every thing was up to my expectations. He far exceeded them . Answered all my questions and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of the tub. controls. I love it. would gladly recommend him to any one. He a big man with a Hugh personality and a heart to mach. Great experience! Beautiful and functional sit-in tub. The installation was in a very difficult corner of the bathroom but was carried out by two of the most professional craftsmen I've ever met. I can find no fault with the whole process. And Stuart Brown was there in person several times to monitor and supervise the process to completion. Six stars if they were available. And thumbs up from Rosanne and Colonel Bob!

I recently purchased an Ella’s Bubbles Big4One walk in tub from Stuart Brown at Southeastern after much research and exploring competitors options. I could not have been more satisfied throughout the whole experience from my in home consultation with the owner Brown to the incredible one day installation by the father -son team of Ron and Bobby who were true craftsman and professionals. Their work was impeccable and they left everything immaculate. Hard to find this kind of honest service and professionalism in today’s world. Had our walk-in tub installed about a year ago and have been so happy with it since day one! From the day Stewart walked in we knew we were in good hands; no pushy sales tactics, explained all details, understood our needs, offered suggestions and not as pricey as the one advertised on tv. Because we are seniors and have arthritic issues this tub allows us to take full baths with hydrotherapy benefits and not struggle to get out! Best investment ever and a new friend! Recently I suffered a heart attack and had to have a pacemaker installed. After coming home I realized I needed an easier way to use my bathroom. My son researched a solution for me and Southeastern Walk-In Tubs offered walk-in tubs and complete custom bathroom renovations. Stuart came to my home to do a design estimate and spent the time figuring out the best solution for my needs. I'm very happy I chose them, the installation crew was very professional and neat. They took care of everything from start to finish, they were on time every day, and cleaned up daily. They treated me and my home very respectfully, thank you Southeastern Walk-In Tubs for making my bathroom accessible, safer, and beautiful for me. I love it.

I had been in the market for a tub for my parents for about 6 months. They live in Charleston SC. After several companies we called Southeastern Tubs. Thank god we did. Stuart came out and met with me and my parents and he was amazing! Not only did they have a much better tub in my opinion but more features and much less expensive. The installers were great too. Once we signed the agreement the new tub was installed in 3 weeks. My parents are safe now and in much less pain due to the hydrotherapy in the tub. I highly recommend Stuart and Southeastern Tubs for anything.
